What do you do?
The Relief Now Coaching methods are dedicated to Self-Directed Performance Optimization. The method is completely free of all spiritual or ritualistic influences and most closely follows a power-of-mind approach although it is not just a mental practice. It is done handsfree and can be done over the phone, in person, or even without direct verbal or visual communications.
The basic process is illustrated on the back of my business card
.
This is an illustrated form of the complete coaching process.1
How does it begin?
It begins with the setting and understanding of the open goal of better health. Performance Optimization is defined openly as being energized, engaged and self-referenced. In our authentic state, we know what’s best for us. The more energy we have the better we do, and the more engaged we are in what we do, the healthier we are and the more effective our actions.
We do not set specific goals that target symptoms because our issues are rarely specifically limited to symptoms. More often there is something that is not as symptomatic that when fixed, will eliminate our symptom.
We are completely interconnected and operate in a fully synergistic way, we do not have specific compartments or pieces that are disconnected from the rest of us. Dealing with performance issues with this separatist paradigm that would have us treat only one part of us, or our situation at a time, without regard for the whole being and environment is unrealistic and ineffective.
What is the next step?
The next step is to understand and set the proper perspective and context. In order to do the most effective self-healing for Performance Optimization, you must Be Calm. This requires a certain neutral stance. Not too engaged in the drama of the moment, or expectant of a specific outcome. You also have to Get Big. Utilizing this healing process will serve you in virtually every problem solving situation that life presents you with. From doing a task to negotiating international peace agreements. No problem is easily solved from the perspective of the issues that are challenging you. You must Get Bigger than that limited point of view. In doing the optimizing process simply setting the intention to be big enough to solve your problem will usually do the trick. Finally you must Move Forward. Take the necessary next step, with the expectation of success. Using this formula throughout your life will automatically improve your day.
What’s the “See it -> Ask -> Do -> Watch -> Check -> See...” cycle about?
When you begin with a commitment for better performance, and impose the conditions of being calm, getting big and moving forward, the next step is to work with all aspects including the subtle energies. Enact the healing cycle. You do this by looking at them with respect to your situation (whatever you feel needs fixing, from your home, your wallet, your health, your relationships your business and more). See and feel the energy. When you have a sense of what is involved, then ask what it needs to get better. Give yourself or the object of your attention what it needs energetically. Watch it change, and check to see if it’s complete. Depending on how big you got, one pass may be enough. Repeat as necessary.
What if I can’t Be Calm?
The beauty of this process is it’s entirely self-correcting. If you can’t be calm, then make that the object of your performance optimizing cycle. If you have any resistance to fixing your problem, then ask: “What is the first problem I need to fix, before getting to the problem that’s bothering me?”
What do you mean by “Energetics” or “subtle energies”?
Our world/consciousness is made up of three basic elements: Physical, Mental/Emotional and Energetics. They are each interconnected with the other. It’s simple to understand and experience physical effects on our consciousness and health. Drink too much alcohol and you will fall down, lose control of your mental and emotional feelings. Likewise, people are physically moved by both mental and emotional influences from buying a specific brand of perfume to being moved to tears by a good drama. Additionally, the energetics have a direct influence on both our emotional/mental state and our physical being. Each aspect influences different people to varying amounts. Depending on the situation one may rule and influence the other two, or a combination of two or more may need to be implemented to make a permanent change.
The truly amazing happens when the Energetics are properly engaged, they become the only thing necessary to shift to completely eliminate Mental/Emotional Trauma, or heal Physical pain, cure illnesses and injuries even optimize performance.
How does what you do relate to Chakras and Meridians?
Chakras are what’s known as Etheric Body Expressions and come from the Eastern Indian studies of the energetic bodies. They are energetic in nature, so far only people trained in their detection can see or feel them. They often reflect at an energetic level the state of health that may or may not be obvious after a physical and psychological evaluation. This makes them very useful as a diagnostic tool. Working with the Chakras can also make immediate changes in the feelings of a person. However, often (not always) working with just the Chakras you will have only a temporary effect as the causes of the conditions may not originate in the Chakras. The Eastern Indian Philosophies say they are an expression of what is called The Causal Body, although little is written about this energetic aspect.
Meridians are energy channels used by numerous alternative modalities and several martial arts. This includes but is not limited to: Acupuncturists (who insert needles into them), Acupressurists (who press and massage them), Touch for Health practitioners who massage muscles according to them, Bioenergy Balancing and Emotional Freedom Techniques who clear them of emotional content by stroking or tapping them and Dim Mak and advanced Aikido practitioners who strike them to immobilize or disable an opponent. These too have an immediate effect on a patient or client or opponent and can cause immediate symptomatic changes; some of which are temporary if the cause of the healing issue is not met.
In a healing context, when using the self-healing method presented here, a client may actually be making changes directly to their Chakras or Meridians. There is no owners manual for your body, yet it knows what you need when you ask it. Having studied and practiced with these modalities, the frustration of working at this level has lead to the discovery of deeper levels of energetics that are available. The deeper you go, the less directly linked to your physical body are the energetics. It’s still all about getting big. Chakras and Meridians are essentially subsets of the total energetic picture. When practicing self-directed healing, they often come up as the action step that’s next, but other times they are not flagged for work, even when they appear “disturbed”. Oddly enough, they are not fixed in place, size or location. You can create a Chakra or Meridian anywhere on or near your body for multiple effects.
That’s an interesting claim, but leads to an interesting thought. If Chakras and Meridians are programmable in existence, then are there energetic structures that actually are really there? Can you eliminate them too?
As far as I have seen, you can’t eliminate Chakras and Meridians, but you can consolidate or differentiate them. Yes, there are other structures. Primarily you seem to be made up of a Source Point. This is interdependent with your Will. Together these two require certain energies and features to be in place for any healthy being. When changes are made to them, then complete reorganization and expressions have been seen in both the Chakras and Meridians. Because of this, I believe Source Point and Will direct our more physical expressions of Chakras and Meridians as well as our Mental/Emotional State, our Physical Beings and our Physical Reality. When a client or practitioner/client team are big enough to work at these levels and it’s consistent with the Client’s self-directed health I believe anything is possible.
So getting back to what you do, Do you actually do energetic work on people?
I can, all modesty aside, I’m actually quite good at it. However, I prefer to enable people to do their own energetic work. Even when I work remotely without direct conversation I ask the client to implement what I see needs doing. Although it’s easy to think I’m doing the work, and it wouldn’t happen without me... it actually would never happen without the other person being willing to accept the changes. Ultimately all change is a result of our own choices, we have made choices that have us where we are today. I truly believe we are incapable of making bad ones. If we’re alive, it was a good choice. Today, right now, we may discover that a past choice no longer serves us, and make a new one; that new one will be the right one. There actually is no reason for regrets in real life.
Wait a minute, I have regrets. That makes no sense at all.
If you have a regret about how you’ve lived your life, then I will submit that you have taken on a judgment from someone else. That judgment is not coming from you. It is not a self-referenced evaluation. Get bigger. You will see that what you did at that time had a benefit that outweighed the judgment that you’re holding on to now. You will also find that if you can let go of the “foreign” judgment, you can easily make a change to improve your situation, become healthier and optimize performance, without any additional drama... simply move forward in better health. You can choose to live with grace.
We may be the product of everything we’ve done in the past, but who we are right now is the expression of our Source Point and Will at this moment in time and space. That is completely under our control and subject to our total dominion. We have the power of God, but our dominion is limited to just ourselves. As self serving as this sounds, it’s much more than that. This can have incredible influence with the people we know as each of us also has an infinite aspect to ourselves that is shared with all other beings. This energetic aspect is also available to us for healing our issues that concern us in our daily lives. In this way healing ourselves does heal the world.
You seem to have studied many different modalities. Why is it that you don’t specialize in one method or recommend one over the other?
Regardless of how hard anyone has studied a specific discipline, they will never be able to know completely and for the client’s best health what their client or patient needs through that method. To think that any organized approach that is centered on a “practice” rather than the client will fit the client’s needs just makes no sense at all. Besides, as I love to observe. If you’re alive, you’ve been doing a pretty good job. So why not ask the successful alive person what they need to be healthier? When you do that, and actually listen; the answers sometimes are hard to understand, but they are always right on... and rarely limited to just one method, technique or approach.
I’ve heard some people do some pretty harmful things to themselves. Are you really advocating taking your own advice every time?
Good point. Remember, I only deal in the energetic. I’ll let you make up your own mind to have surgery or fast or take supplements. That’s not my area of expertise. However, when it comes to evaluating the energy of those actions, I can help tremendously. And yes, you can easily confuse yourself. People have and often do use energetic techniques poorly for less than desirable effect. Working alone requires a tremendous amount of discipline and dedication to structure and form to keep you on track and not get lost in your own defenses designed at keeping you stable. Usually that skill comes from making less than optimum choices.
Being open to positive change is a challenge and learned art. Working with an experienced practitioner is one way to make that journey quicker, safer and more effective. One advantage of energetic work, is it isn’t limited to just here and now; any past decision or action can be reviewed. So wisdom can always be recovered from any situation. Another way of saying you really can’t have made a bad decision, if you survive the consequences.
One more final thought. If one does focus on and strengthen their Source Point and Will using these methods, then it becomes easier to make the right decisions every day. One actually will find their life becoming easier, more synchronistic and supportive. The need for discipline and self-control simply drops away as you discover your gifts and become more you. What and who you are becomes what you do. Being you isn’t something that requires work, it’s something you embrace and express. This is the secret to peace on earth, and eternal joy in the heart.
How do I get to that? How can I let go of my daily struggle to do the right things and simply be me successfully?
Everyone has their own path. If it feels right, try taking the Source Point Protocol Training. The exercises you’ll learn to strengthen your will alone are life changing. Developing Clairvoyance and opening the door to a bigger world of seeing the energetics of life are beyond description. You may wonder why this isn’t part of a basic education since it’s all around us and influencing us anyway... I have a question for you. Why doesn’t a basic education include: reading, writing, arithmetic, science, world cultures, communications, relationships, problem solving and energetics? Who do you believe has a better life? Someone who denies energetics, or someone who uses them? You have a choice, what do you choose now?
